I had produced a medium sized wonderful memory blanket for my sister. Kajal stayed with my order from start to finish and was truly amazing when she heard of our situation. This blanket meant a lot to us as when it arrived my sister only had days left to live. She has sadly passed away but was so happy with the blanket and did see. Kajal made sure this was dispatched to us asap and I really appreciated. The quality is far better than I thought it would be. Thank you once again ❤️

I recently bought a biscuit tin as a teacher’s gift. The tin arrived quickly and looks lovely but is dented in three places. One is really obvious and can’t be given as a gift. It was packaged just in a box with no bubblewrap. I immediately tried to message the company to ask for a replacement. The contact details are really hidden away in their site. Still haven’t heard back and it’s really close to the end of term so very sadly looks like it won’t arrive in time.

I am more then satisfied with ever step of my purchase. Great customer service and personalized products.

Bags of Love were able to create a lovely bespoke photo album for my in-laws' 60th wedding anniversary. Their customer service was exemplary, with various issues unique to our project being dealt with swiftly, efficiently and personally - Harshwardhan was an absolute star! The book arrived on time after a quick turnaround, the quality was good and the price was very reasonable.

I cannot rate this company high enough! This company went above and beyond to make sure I received my item on time which was a gift for my poorly dad. When it arrived it was even better than expected. The quality is fantastic and the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend and will be shopping again.

The design and ordering process was very user friendly. However, the stand out was the helpful staff. Communication was excellent from start to finish and they went out of their way to ensure my order arrived promptly. Upon arrival the goods look fantastic and are of very high quality.

Very good online method of designing your plate and very fast production and delivery. We were very pleased to receive personal service to make sure our plate was produced to our satisfaction.

This is the first time that I have used this company and a potential disaster was dealt with in a very professional and honest manner.

My order was sent out for delivery withing 24 hours of being placed, it then sat for a week with the courier before randomly being returned.

Some great, friendly and reassuring communication really put me at ease that everything would be sorted, and it was.

I am really happy with the quality of the canvas and the customer service I received as the issue was resolved.

Fantastic service and incredible quality. I have been buying products from Bags of Love since 2012 and they just get better every time. This time I created a photo book for my son's 18th birthday which was really easy to make. I would highly recommend Bags of Love!

Received an order with major printing faults. Contacted customer support and offered a replacement. All good until I was told the item would not arrive in time as it was a gift but if I paid extra for faster postage it would arrive. I didn’t think that was fair at all. That customer service operator did not respond further. I was then emailed from a completely different person who arranged next day before 1pm special delivery for FREE. I think if you make a mistake fair enough it happens but to ask for more money via a link in an email is shocking. All staff need to deal with the issue in the same way

I ordered a canvas on Wednesday as a birthday present. I paid an extra £12.98 for next day delivery (excessive!!) and should have received it yesterday (Thursday). I had an email saying I will receive it on Friday by 12 noon. I let this go as I had ordered a little after 12 noon. I am sitting in my house working, no one has been here to deliver anything and DHL have just emailed and text me to say they tried to deliver and I wasn't here!!! I need the gift for a birthday dinner this evening.....and of course no phone number to call someone at the company so all I can do is email!
UPDATE pleased to say someone did get in touch with me and tried to help sort out the issue. I did eventually receive the gift, sadly not until the Monday which was 5 days after the birthday! The picture is great though.
I am pleased to update my review as Bags of Love followed up with me and I have been refunded the extra that I paid for the next day delivery that I didnt get. I also recognise that this delay was down to the courier rather than Bags of Love, just a shame that it made the lovely gift for my mum so late.

I designed a couple of scarves and printed them with Contrado/Bags of Love. The order arrived in less than a week. I was so greatly surprised when I opened my package! The scarves look absolutely beautiful! The fabric, the details and the presentation bin, were all beyond my expectations, everything looked impeccable. I am very pleased and grateful with the results, my scarves are premium quality. Thanks for the excellent work!

Contrado went over and beyond to help me when I messed up the order. the quality of the merchandise is amazing!

Second time I have ordered felt prints from these folks. Aways top print quality and expedient delivery. Definitely recommend.
